Throughout the training, participants are invited to:

- Map their team's concerns using a simple diagnostic tool to adjust their approach.

- Analyze concrete situations from organizational contexts similar to their own to identify management responses that amplified resistance… and those that created space to move forward.

- Experiment with supportive conversations by practicing phrasing that restores meaning without resorting to corporate jargon.
