Executive teams are rarely lacking in talent. What holds them back is what they don't yet see about themselves.

‍

This workshop combines two key levers. First, a psychometric test is completed. During the training, each member receives their profile, and the results are presented as a team portrait. The goal is not to label anyone, but to identify each person's unique contribution, recognize complementary strengths, and shed light on collective blind spots.

‍

Next, a collaborative simulation is conducted: a fictional scenario where the team must make decisions together, under pressure and in a playful spirit. What happens during the exercise—who takes up space, who withdraws, how disagreements are handled—becomes the raw material for a live analysis led by the organizational psychologist. The team then resumes work using a concrete communication process designed to better leverage its collective intelligence.

‍

What the team discovers about how it thinks and makes decisions becomes hard to ignore. This moment of realization marks the true starting point for more effective collaboration.
