Managers, high performers, professionals facing high demands, executive teams

It is not a lack of skills that burns out the best. It is often the level of demand they place on themselves, without always knowing how to regulate it.

Much like in sports psychology, peak performance is the result of rigorous mental preparation designed to drive results. This training is based on that same logic: understanding what happens within yourself under pressure, identifying your limiting reflexes, and learning how to develop the psychological flexibility to adapt in demanding contexts.

Performance anxiety, perfectionism, and imposter syndrome are not character flaws. They are specific psychological dynamics with identifiable mechanisms and concrete levers to defuse them. By combining clinical psychology, organizational psychology, and approaches derived from sports psychology, this session allows participants to understand what is happening within them under pressure and to develop more adaptive ways to respond in their daily lives.

What this training provides that leadership training does not: a psychologist who clinically understands what is happening and knows how to address it in a real-world work context.
