Professional women at all career stages, leadership development programs, chambers of commerce, women's entrepreneur groups, and organizations looking to support female leadership
The female hormonal cycle influences concentration, energy, stress tolerance, and decision-making throughout one's professional life. Understanding it better provides concrete tools to support well-being and performance at work.
Because a woman struggling to keep up her pace isn't lacking discipline; she may be dealing with a real, invisible, yet documented physiological load. Because organizational practices designed without regard for hormonal realities can unintentionally hinder female leadership at pivotal career moments.
Rooted in research, this training bridges emerging evidence on the female hormonal cycle with the practical realities of the workplace.
Throughout the training, participants are invited to:
- Map the phases of the hormonal cycle and their effects on work using a concrete visual tool that translates research data into recognizable realities.
- Identify personal adjustment strategies by exploring how to modulate work organization, interactions, and energy management without compromising ambitions.
- Examine organizational practices that hinder and those that support the full potential of female leadership
