Bill 27 encourages organizations to identify and take action on psychosocial risks. While this obligation is generally well-known, how to translate it into a structured and applicable approach remains less clear.
Most organizations manage observable risks: harassment, violence, and reported incidents. What weakens a workplace is often less visible. In terms of organizational health, it is not isolated risk factors that determine the severity of a situation. It is how they balance each other, adjust to the context, and meet the real needs of individuals.
This training helps your managers and HR teams to:
- Read two levels of reality: individual signals and underlying organizational dynamics.
- Use a concrete decision-making framework, calibrated to the intensity of the situations encountered.
- Initiate a prevention process rooted in your environment that goes beyond mere legal obligations.
The main objective of this training is to adapt the approach to your reality. The gray areas and the questions no one dares to ask in training are welcomed, analyzed, and put back into context with the rigor and nuance that the subject requires.
Chaque démarche est adaptée au contexte, aux personnes et aux enjeux rencontrés. Nous proposons également un service de formation et de conférence sur-demande, en lien avec notre expertise.
